Service and Repair

GTS is more than a manufacturer of high quality test equipment. We also offer high quality service and repair for many types of ESD test equipment. Whether an on-site visit or having your system sent to our depot for repair, our service technicians will try to keep downtime and repair costs to a minimum.

Calibration

Have confidence in your measurements! Ensure that your test equipment is accurately calibrated. GTS can calibrate your test equipment to industry standards. All required adjustments are included and if any repairs are required we provide this at the same time. You remove all doubt when you choose GTS for your calibration services.

GTS offers experienced service, repair and calibration services for the following

IMCS - Model 700 and Model 9000
Oryx Instruments - Model 700, Model 9000, Model 11000, Orion, EX11000(S), Triton and all Celestron models including standard, VF, Celestron II and Celestron III
Verifier - All Verifier testers
KeyTek, Thermo Fisher - All Zapmaster models, Paragon, RCDM, RCDM3 and MK2

Pricing

Repair services can be purchased at any time on a per-incident basis. We also open annual purchase orders for these services which reduces response times as there is no waiting for a purchase order to be generated and also reduce overall cost. Annual service agreements are offered on all of the products listed above.
