This means we can offer you a fully integrated solution that can not only generate the standards compliant waveforms to qualify your devices, but deliver them to your part without distortions, while showing you what stress was provided to your part measured at your part.

This also means if you have an existing compatible tester we have the hardware and software to automate the characterization testing that you’re doing now. Dramatically increase the utilization of the equipment you already own with the staff you already have.
